Wedding of Carol + Ali
Carol and Ali’s wedding was one of the first weddings of the 2011 season. As you’ll notice from the pictures, both Carol and Ali pose very well and were at ease in front of the camera, so it was fun working with them. The wedding day, a beautiful sunny day, was split between Montreal and Ottawa, and the reception was held in Laval.
Enjoy some random pictures from the wedding of this lovely couple!
Special Thanks to my assistant photographer Raoni for working hard on that day and producing nice pictures.

Wedding of Sophia + Jalal
The wedding of Sophia and Jalal was one of the last weddings of the 2010 season, but also one of the most enjoyable ones for me as a photographer. The reason is that Sophia and Jalal are a photographer’s dream client. I say that not just because they’re a very good looking couple but mainly because I felt in sync with them from the first time we met, and also because they have an amazing chemistry between them that it is hard for a photographer not to notice and enjoy capturing.
I’m posting below some random pictures from their wedding day and also a few from their e-session. Enjoy!
Ceremony: Notre-Dame de Nareg Montreal
Photo Session Location: Parc Bois-Franc
Reception: Amiens Montreal

Wedding of Julie-Anh + Darich
It’s been almost a year since I did this wedding. The pictures from the e-session of Julie-Anh and Darich that I posted a while ago on this blog were a big hit! So now I’m posting some random shots from their beautiful wedding day.
Ceremony: Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal
Reception: Le ChâteauBriand MontrealGown and Tiara: Sposabella
Jewellery: This and That
Hairstylist: Salon Zhang
Makeup: GuerlainTheir story:
Darich and Julie-Anh’s first glimpse at each other was on a poster. She was a contestant for a beauty contest while he was a performer at a local talent show. She immediately caught his eye… and she was mesmerized by his moonwalking abilities. However, it was only a few years later through mutual acquaintances that they finally met. One thing led to another, many hardships were endured but, they eventually tied the knot in 2010. -
Wedding of Lyne + Marc
Here’s a unique wedding of a unique couple that I’d like to share with you on this blog.
From our meeting together, it was clear to me that Lyne and Marc know exactly what they want. They were very specific about what sort of pictures they would like to have on their wedding day. For instance, the cigar shot with the groomsmen that you see in this post was done at the request of Marc. Marc liked the cigarman shot that I did for another client a while ago and wanted something similar with his groomsmen. Also, Lyne and Marc, being big fans of the Beatles, wanted a shot like the cover of the Beatles Abbey Road Album where they’re crossing the road and a Volkswagen car somewhere in the background.
Unlike other weddings, this wedding started with the photo session at noon, then we went to the church afterwards. The reception was held at Karma on St-Jean. I’ll let you enjoy some pictures from the wedding of this amazing couple!Special Thanks to my assistant on that wedding, Sarah, who put a lot of energy and created many beautiful shots.

Montreal Wedding: Lausanne + Wathiq
Sometimes I just feel fortunate to be a wedding photographer especially when I am hired to cover a beautiful wedding of a beautiful couple like Lausanne and Wathiq.
I’m posting here some of their wedding pictures that I hope you enjoy as much as I did when I was taking them. I’ll probably still post a couple of other weddings from 2010 then I’ll start with weddings from the 2011 season. Stay tuned. -
Montreal Jewish Wedding: Katerina + Max
I had the privilege to cover this beautiful Jewish Wedding of Katerina and Max last summer in Montreal. I’ve already posted some pictures from their engagement session in a previous post on this blog.
It was raining on the wedding day, so we had to go for an indoor location for the photo session. Katerina & Max opted for the greenhouses of the Montreal Botanical Garden. The reception was held in the Loft Hotel Espace Cormier in the Montreal Downtown. Beside some pictures from the wedding, I’m also posting a couple of pictures of their wedding album. Enjoy! -
Five reasons you should develop your prints with your photographer
Delivering the wedding pictures to the client as digital files on a CD/DVD has become a common thing, whether it is at an extra charge or not and whether wedding photographers want to admit it or not. From the client’s perspective, beside getting a beautiful wedding album from their photographer, having access to their wedding digital files in high resolution is very important. But one important thing clients tend to forget is that getting the high resolution files and developing them themselves will not necessarily produce the same quality prints as those developed by their photographer. Here’s why:

Beauty and Fashion: On-location photo sessions in Montreal
I realized I haven’t posted portraiture or fashion work for a while, so here are some shots from some of last season’s sessions. Beside weddings, I’m normally pretty busy with this kind of on-location outdoor photo sessions between April and October. Check my services page for more details about packages and rates.
